One more remake by Chiru, turns to be a disaster at box office, with half empty screens fighting against, Jailer, OMG, Gadar 2 all in the independence day weekend. These movies are like a lavish buffet to the audience to choose and cherish and Bhola is trailing in the race.
A routine old plot based on women trafficking, The movie starts with a gang abducting teenage women from various places in Kolkata, to be sold in international market. Shankar (Chiranjeevi), arrives in Kolkata along with his sister Mahalakshmi (Keerthy Suresh), for her education. To sustain his living, he takes up the job of a taxi Driver. The plot revolves around how Bhola gets involved with this mafia, the way he solves the issue?.
Chiru as usual a versatile actor with a huge mass appeal, what surprised is, the number of screens allotted to the movie vis a vis Jailer. Chiru, as usual delivered his best which his mass action and of couse back with his dance sequences. Keerthy Suresh gets a decent role and Tamannaah Bhatia as usual charming, but it can be seen that age as well as weight are catching her up very fast.
It’s a routine story, Infact the original movie was about 7 to 8 years old, the photography and editing were and up to the point, well Music is a real let down.
Overall the movie is a good for Fans, rest can see it on OTT and I give it a 2 Stars
