It is the most controversial movie of recent time, Om Raut accepts the movie is based on the Indian epic Ramayana. Starred by Prabhas as Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, while Saif Ali Khan played Ravan.
Story:
Om Raut, has created a Kichidi story, with Ramayana at the heart, while keeping Modern Viking and Super hero elements in the backdrop. The Movie mainly tries to Focus on Aranya Khanda, Sudhara khanda and Finally the Yudha Khanda of Ramayana. The movie begins Exile of Raghava (Prabhas), at the decree of his father, Dasaratha. Janaki (Kriti Sanon), and Seshu, (Sunny Singh), accompany Raghava in exile. In a Fast paced story, One day, the demon king Ravana (Saif Ali Khan) abducts Janaki. Later, Raghava meets Bhajarang (Devdatte Naga), later how Raghav wins back Janaki is the rest of the story.
Strengths
The Biggest strength of the Movie is Lord Sri Ram and the most auspicious Epic, the background score of “Jai Shri Ram,” infact it is mesmerising and holding the audiences to the movie. While we were in theatre, we say many people try to move out, but on hearing the “Jai Shri Ram” background score got them back to their seats. Prabhas, Kirti, Saif tried their best to hold on to their roles but, poor backlit cinematography is spoiled their efforts.
Weakness:
The Biggest weakness of the movie is Om Raut, who failed to understand the Indian Audience and tried to play with religious sentiments. The entire back drop makes you feel you are watching Game of Thornes/ Vikings where a Viking King living in a star war like set up. This is the first time may be people might be seeing a Masculine, Mustache Raghav, where in people had always visualised Ram’s looks would be like Arun Govil or NT Rama Rao, but Prabhas was not the right choice.
The Entire graphics of the movie are poor, seems like made in Ameerpet. It seems like after the response of Trailor, they modified graphics by reducing the lighting effect so that people won’t notice the follies, but this made the movie dull
One more important weakness of the movie is the ambitious plot of Om Raut to consume too much in short time, this he was not able to make justice to the storyline. There are many factual mistakes in the story, which might Infact change the age old story as written by Sage Valmiki.
Audience Response
Many Audience after seeing the movie gave very poor response to the film, Major Bharat @Cingireddy said on twitter “I have not seen it. But after this review, I decided to keep my mind at Peace. “

Verdict:
On the whole, Adipurush is a misadventure of Om Raut, with incorrect facts, Poor Graphics, and hurting the sentiments of people. I would go with a 1 Star out of 5 (just for the background score Jai Shri Ram” )
