2.5 stars out of 5

Bro is a movie with a different story line among all similarly placed stories, where in most stories, the protagonist dies, and later wins over the affection of God and lives for ever. Even our epics have stories where the wives/ mothers fight with Gods for the lives of their children/ husbands and win the back.  But Bro is quiet different, here the Hero accepts his destiny and goes back with God. The Story especially brings out the aspect, what is supposed to happen will happen even if we are there or not. The Life of people left behind will Go on as destined.

Plot:

Mark (Sai Dharam Tej), an ever busy man with work, has no time for family or friends, he is so busy that he couldn’t even give time for his lady love Ramya (Ketika Sharma), one day when is family is preparing for his Birthday celebrations he dies of a road accident, as he doesn’t wear a seat belt. and Mark’s atma in the celestial world  meets Time God Titan (Pawan Kalyan). Mark negotiates for a Second chance in life as he feels he has obligations in life. Titan gives mark 90 day, and he joins him on the journey in the next 90 days. What happens next, how he utilises the time and will he be satisfied to go back with time forms the rest of the movie.

Strengths

Power packed performance of Pawan Kalyan is a treat to his fans, He brings back his age-old music whenever he come on the scene. Some, people might feel God in Lungi or Mass dress might hurt them, PK knows the fans are his God and they like it. Sai Dharam Tej swung along with PK in various comedy scenes where as Ketika Sharma is just limited to the songs only.

Sour Points

The Story line is impressive but. PK tried to use it as a platform to settle political scores or a Political campaign is a let down as Movies are entertainment and not political speeches. Tea Glass can be seen in every scene where PK as Titan is present.  Music is very poor barring few old songs hit songs played. Most of the Movie is shot with a Green screen and editing is slightly bad at places where the merging can be clearly visible.

Overall the movie is decent and I give it a 2.5 Stars
